Manage billing and cancellation

Open the relevant workspace's Settings and subscription controls to review or manage its paid subscription. Team billing belongs to the team workspace, not to every member's personal workspace.

Review the amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation information before purchasing. A complimentary invitation does not authorize an automatic charge. A paid subscription starts only after you choose it and authorize payment.

Use the online subscription-management link to cancel. Check the confirmation and stated end date. If you cannot reach those controls or need a refund, contact support. The Terms describe the first-purchase refund commitment and other billing rights.

Changes to existing prices or prepaid terms require the notice and protections described in the Terms. A proposed launch package does not by itself change your current subscription.
