Understand plans and usage limits

The pricing page lists the currently available plans and limits. Your workspace's usage meters show its actual allocation, including any retained or complimentary allocation. Check whether the selected workspace is personal or shared with a team.

Documents, storage, trackers, questions, and embeds have separate limits. Retained revisions can use storage too. Public chatbot and MCP questions count against the same workspace allowance as questions inside the product.

Reaching a limit pauses the relevant new activity; it does not automatically buy more capacity. Review the usage meter, export or remove material you no longer need, or explicitly choose a paid plan.

Annual packages, discounts, and custom arrangements apply only when expressly offered and confirmed. Do not assume a discount or future package applies to an existing subscription.
